Primarily used for process control and/or data acquisition, Industrial PCs are designed to offer the dependability and performance manufacturers depend upon. Due to the extreme environments found in many industrial settings, industrial PCs must be able to withstand greater temperature fluctuations, vibration tolerance, and exposure to high levels of dust and/or moisture than PCs designed for home use.
