Water Baths

Water baths, often referred to as circulating baths or immersion circulators, heat or cool water, or water solutions, to precise temperatures. Both heated circulating baths and refrigerated circulating baths provide outstanding accuracy and stability making them versatile instruments for a range of applications such calibrating thermometers and temperature probes, warming reagents and cultures, thawing or tempering samples, biological incubation, cell culture, enzyme assays, or controlling the temperature of laboratory equipment such as chromatography columns, viscometers, and densitometers. The precise temperature control and stability or water baths also make them very popular for sous vide cooking.
