Description
The Druck 2000 hydraulic deadweight tester offers high quality, cost effective, precision pressure calibration for almost every application. Economic yet accurate, the 2000 hydraulic deadweight tester provides pressure calibrations to 10,000 psi (700 bar) with accuracy classes of 0.05% and 0.025% of reading.
The 2000 hydraulic deadweight tester provides either bar, psi, or kg/cm2 ranges. All Druck 2000 hydraulic deadweight testers are provided with calibration certificates traceable to International Standards Laboratories such as NIST.
The 2000 hydraulic deadweight tester is comprised of a stainless steel manifold block and a precision Piston/Cylinder (PCU) Assembly. The PCU assembly contains the weights, a Hydraulic Ram Screw to generate pressure, a "quick-fit" type Test Station to take "Item Under Test", and an oil reservoir with an integral shut off valve to supply the oil. The manifold block and PCU assembly are mounted on a sturdy aluminum Base Plate complete with four adjustable feet for ease of leveling (essential for accurate calibration). The 2000 hydraulic deadweight tester also comes complete with a full set of non-magnetic stainless steel weights.
