Description
The infrared FLIR B40 thermal imaging camera features the latest infrared detector technology. Lightweight (1.3 lbs) for easy one-handed operation, the FLIR B40 is ideally suited for building inspections and other building applications. The 3.5" LCD has razor sharp resolution for viewing the convenient thumbnail image gallery.
FLIR B40 thermal imaging cameras feature a visible light digital camera with up to 0.6 MP resolution. The LED lamps provide sharp images regardless of lighting conditions. The B40 thermal imaging camera features Fusion Picture in Picture (PIP) functionality, which displays the thermal image super-imposed over a digital image making making the image more exact and easier to interpret. Insulation and dew point alarms notify users of potential problems with moisture or inadequate insulation.
The infrared FLIR B40 thermal imaging camera uses and includes a 1GB micro SD card. This card can store more than 1000 radiometric JPEG images. Radiometric JPEG images are a patented technology used to save images in standard JPEG format for easy e-mailing and analysis using QuickReport ™ PC software. FLIR B40 thermal imaging cameras use an Li-Ion rechargeable battery that lasts for 5 hours of continuous use.
