The King Instrument 7480 series rotameter and borosilicate glass metering tube is an economical tube meter featuring 304 stainless steel case construction and a 250mm scale. The King Instrument 7480 series rotameter features NPT or flange, vertical or horizontal connections to offer installation versatility.
The King Instrument 7480 series rotameter has a flow range of 0.22 to 132GPM (water) and 0.9 to 350 SCFM (air). The 316L SS fittings are rated for a maximum temperature of 200°F and a maximum pressure of 150-300 psig depending on size. The King Instrument 7480 series rotameters' PVC fittings are rated for a maximum temperature of 110°F and a maximum pressure of 125 or 150 psig depending on size.
Alarm Option – Latching Reed Switch
The switch is reed type and uses a biasing magnet to create a latching feature. The switch is classified as a simple apparatus by UL, FM, etc. and may be suitable for hazardous use when connected to an intrinsic safety barrier. Check your local electrical code for wiring specifications.
