Testo 826 Series Infrared Thermometer

The Testo 826 is an infrared thermometer specifically designed for food service applications. The 826 is available in four models to meet all your food temperature measurement needs. Non-contact surface temperatures from -58° to 752°F are measured with the infrared side of the instrument in less than 2 seconds. The optional probe on the penetration side of the instrument provides the exact core temperature in a minimal amount of time.

The Testo 826-T1 is the most basic model offering non-contact infrared temperature measurement without damaging packaging. The Testo 826-T1 is small and practical. It features an upper and lower alarm limit monitoring with optical alarm. The meter is waterproof (IP 67) with the dishwasher-safe (TopSafe) protective case.

The Testo 826-T2 has all the great features of the Testo 826-T1 as well as a laser sight to mark location and an audible alarm if a limit value is exceeded.

The Testo 826-T3 features quick, non-contact temperature measurement as well as accurate core temperature measurement in one instrument. Screening tests can be performed quickly and conveniently on your goods using the infrared side of this multifunction measuring instrument. Testo 826-T3 has all the features of the basic model, including small practical size; upper and lower limit value monitoring with optical alarm and waterproof with dishwasher-safe TopSafe case. The Testo 826-T3 also includes a frozen food pre-borer.

The Testo 826-T4 has all the features of the 826-T3 as well as a laser sight and audible alarm if a limit value is exceeded.
