Description
The Badger Meter Model 330 is a compact, programmable relay control capable of converting the signal from Badger Meter flow sensors into a flow switch. The 330 accepts both square wave and sine wave signals as well as pulse inputs making it a versatile transmitter for numerous applications.
With an onboard micro-controller and digital circuitry, the 330 meter is programmed from a computer which eliminates the need to set dip switches or potentiometers and produces precise, accurate and drift free control of the relay outputs. The relay outputs consist of a pair of single pole relays, one normally open and one normally closed. Both relays act in unison to the programmed parameters. Features of the Badger 330 include selectable alarm type, programmable set and release points, programmable time delays, a latch feature and remote reset.
The Badger Meter Model 330 pulse transmitter features a compact cast epoxy body that can easily be mounted to panels, DIN rails or enclosures. With multiple inputs, ease of use and a variety of enclosures, Model 330 meters are a powerful and competitively priced transmitter for many of today's demanding applications.
When combined with a flow sensor, Badger Meter model 330 relay transmitters can be used for:
- Flow/no flow indication
- High flow/low flow alarm monitoring
- Booster pump control
- Multiple pump staging
- Leak control
