The Extech 45170CM thermo-hygrometer is a compact, handheld instrument designed to take quick, accurate measurements of air velocity, air flow, humidity, temperature, and light. This multifunctional meter is ideal for professional or home use in testing the environmental quality in a building.

The 45170CM measures air velocity from 80 to 5910 ft/min (or equivalent), air flow from 0.01 to 1,908,400 cfm (or equivalent), humidity from 10 to 95% RH, temperature using either an built in thermistor or a type K thermocouple (must be purchased separately), and light from 0 to 1860 Fc (or equivalent). Precision internal sensors ensures accurate measurements. The meter features ergonomic housing and a large dual "smart" LCD where characters on display reverse direction depending on the function in use. The meter also includes Min/Max and Data Hold functions and auto power off (with disable) to save battery life.
