The Extech MO25 pin-type moisture meter is a pen-style instrument designed for taking quick and convenient reference moisture level measurements on wood and building materials (such as brick and concrete). It is ideal for building restoration applications such as detecting water leakages inside walls, ceilings, and floors.

The Extech MO25 moisture meter provides easy, one-handed operation and uses an easy-to-read dual color LED indication with 10 ranges of % WME moisture level. A data hold button freezes the LED range while an auto-power off function conserves battery life.
