Adash A4404 SAB Signal Analyzer Box

The Adash A4404 SAB Signal Analyzer Box is a lightweight, portable analyzer with analog to digital conversion. This compact design features simultaneous 4-channel sampling capability, and a fifth channel for speed and phase input. Connect the A4404 SAB to a windows PC or tablet via USB(see minimum computer specs below, or Adash configured tablet in Accessories Tab). The A4404 SAB has the same capabilities as the Adash A4500 VA5 Pro Four Channel Vibration Analyzer, merely needing an external hard drive and processor to utilize its advanced measurement manipulation software.

The firmware required to run the A4404 SAB is free to upload on a chosen windows-enabled computer, transforming the host unit into a fully fledged data collector and analyzer(see A4410 Virtual Unit Software in Documents Tab). The A4404 SAB system includes all of Adash's advanced measurement modules as standard, providing an economic option for an expert level program. These modules help process data including but not limited to: real time FFT, phase angle shift, Bode' plots, orbit analysis, order analysis, frequency response plots, bump test, octave analysis, machine fault detection, lubrication process and more. 

The A4404 SAB is unique in the market with its ability to connect with up to four separate units, bringing its total monitorable channels up to 16. An optional 1-seat license to the the professional version of Adash's DDS Digital Diagnostic Software is also available with the A4404 SAB, which allows the user to create a well-rounded route based monitoring system. 

The A4404 SAB Basic Kit includes the unit, A4410 Virtual Unit Software, and a hard shell transport case with pre-molded foam to fit the the A4404 SAB and selected accessories(A4404-STC). The A4404 SAB Basic+DDS Kit includes all of the above plus a 1-seat license to the professional version of Adash's Digital Diagnostics Software for route based monitoring.

Measurement modules:

• Route: Enables based data collection and utilization of file sharing program to upload and download routes.
• Balancer: Enables Adash two plane balancer program.
• Analyzer: analytical measurements of four channels simultaneously.
• Recorder: Enables recording of raw signal and tachometer input for post analysis using Adash 4410 Virtual Unit software (included).
• Runup: Enables phase related transient data collection.
• FASIT: Expert system for automatic fault detection including unbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing faults.
• Stethoscope: Listening of the bearing/machine noise via sensor, ability to toggle between all four channels.
• LUBRI: Monitor lubrication process of machinery.
• Octave Analysis: Hearable sound measurement via ICP microphone.
• Bump Test: Measurement of structure resonance frequencies.
• Ultrasound: measurement of ultrasound in 30 - 50kHz range.
• ADS: Animated deflection shapes, a form of visualization of machine vibration/motion.
