    Description

The Optris CSVision R2M Ratio Pyrometer is a compact and durable design built for noncontact thermal imaging. Optical resolution on this sensor is 75:1, with 1 to 2 channel measurement ranges from 250 up to 1400°C, a 8° x 6° field of view, and 0.1K thermal resolution.

Features of the CSVision R2M include 1 vs 2 color measuring modes, ideal for unobstructed vs obstructed measuring respectively. An inbuilt crosshair laser and video sighting allows for easy alignment in various conditions, and the 2-level brightness reduction component improves visibility of bright and/or reflective objects being measured. The CSVision R2M integrates Smart Ratio Mode technology which allows for quick and accurate slope adaption, with a response time as little as 1ms.

Process data and sensor adjustments can all be accessed in real-time through the standard-issued CompactPlus Connect Software package, or through the IRmobile Android app. This unit is housed in an IP65 (NEMA 4) rated stainless steel enclosure, with shock and vibration protections. The sensor is usable in ambient temperatures of up to 60°C (140°F) without the need for cooling.
