The Ametek CPC Series compact pressure calibrator is a field instrument designed for easy and reliable
check and calibration of pressure. The Ametek CPC Series compact pressure calibrator can be used in
process control applications such as verification or calibration of pressure gauges, transducers,
transmitters, pressure switches and safety valves.
Recognized by its high quality and carefully selected features, the Ametek CPC Series compact pressure
calibrator will save time and make calibration tasks easy to perform. The dual information display, 17
different pressure units, transmitter mA reading, min / max recording, peak reading, and semi-automatic
pressure switch test make finding the closing, opening, and the hysteresis pressure (dead band) easy!
Maintenance of the Ametek CPC Series compact pressure calibrator is easy. Recalibration can be performed
locally with an accurate pressure reference; there is no need to send the Ametek CPC Series compact
pressure calibrator back to the manufacturer for re-calibration. For all systems, the pump and the
calibrator are separate so replacement of the pump does not mean that you have to return the complete
system for repair.
The Ametek CPC Series compact pressure calibrator is part of a ready-to-use system which includes the
pressure calibrator, fitting, hoses, optional reference sensors, battery, carrying case, and software.
Additionally, hand pumps can be included to make your system complete. The following hand pumps are
included as part of accessory systems:
CPC Series Accessory System A
System A includes the Ametek CPC Series compact pressure calibrator, standard accessories, and one of
the following pneumatic hand pumps: T-960 (0 to 2 bar) or T-970 (0 to 40 bar). System A is an easy-to-use
single hand operated calibration system. There's no need for a flat surface to operate the system - just
hold it in your hand.
CPC Series Accessory System B
System B includes the Ametek CPC Series compact pressure calibrator, standard accessories, and a T-975
pneumatic hand pump (-0.91 to 40 bar). With this pump you can calibrate both vacuum and pressure
applications. It takes just a few seconds to switch between vacuum and pressure.
