Here's how some of our customers use this product...
Remote Fuel Tank Monitoring
The Background: Our customer is a shipyard that wants to remotely monitor level in a diesel fuel tank.
The Problem: No power or other infrastructure is available at the tank, therefore a battery powered unit with wireless communication is required.
The Solution: We recommended the Level Pro Sentinel 247 Series Level Transmitter. The Sentinel saves energy by only powering up momentarily to gain a measurement point of the tank’s current fuel level. This information is stored within the unit and uploaded to the customers free cloud based account. This account can be accessed with any internet browser anywhere in the world. A local cellular service annual contract is required.
This is a simple and true remote level monitoring system that will give the customer 5-6 years of reliable service at which time the batteries will need to be swapped out.
