Description
The Fluke T6 electrical tester uses FieldSense technology to measure current and voltage without the need to connect test leads, contact live voltage, or open covers and remove nuts. Measure up to 1000VAC by simply placing the conductor through the wide open fork, avoiding any metallic contact. This allows voltage tests to be performed safely, even in difficult locations such as crowded junction boxes or other tight spaces. This tester also features a hold button to temporarily freeze the reading for easy viewing.
The T6-600 allows the user to toggle between current and voltage on the backlit display, measures resistance up to 1000mΩ, and is 600V CAT III rated. The T6-1000 displays both current and voltage simultaneously, measures resistance up to 100kΩ, and is 600V CAT IV and 1000V CAT III rated. Both models include detachable SlimReach probe tips customized for national electrical standards, and function with test leads when necessary. Common applications include wire runs in conduit and junction boxes, distribution panels, voltage and current unbalance, and HVAC equipment.
