Setra FLEX Environmental Monitor

The Setra FLEX™ environmental monitor is a multi-parameter room environmental monitoring and control solution. Designed to mount in standard electrical boxes, the FLEX™ also features a flush-mount faceplate and 7-inch capacitive touch screen that even works when the user is wearing medical gloves. Offering further flexibility, this environmental monitor from Setra integrates with BMS systems and offers BACnet/IP and BACnet MS/TP communication. The configuration cloning feature adds to the ease of installation and its IP-54 housing rating makes it a great fit for any application where washdown is required, such as spray cleaning with common infection control chemicals.

As Setra's most advanced room monitor and controller, the FLEX™ allows users to monitor and control pressure, temperature, humidity, air change rate and two additional user-defined parameters. Each unit features four inputs and two outputs on-board, while the optional Setra FLEX™ Expansion I/O Module adds an additional eight inputs and eight outputs to the FLEX™ monitor. Adding to the configuration flexibility, Setra also allows users to purchase FLEX-RM (Room Monitor only) or FLEX-RC (Room Control and Monitoring) models. Given the variety of configurations available, the Setra FLEX™ provides a great solution for multiple applications including hospitals (ASHRAE Standard 170), pharmacies (USP 797 and USP 800) and pharmaceutical manufacturing, and bio-safety and vivarium laboratories.
