Description
The Rosemount 3051S multivariable transmitter measures combinations of differential pressure, static pressure and process temperature in a single device. The 3051SMV transmitter reduces pipe penetrations, impulse piping and connection systems. Since the 3051SMV compensates for pressure and temperature variation, it greatly reduces the uncertainty associated with measurement of only differential pressure. The device is also engineered with built-in flow calculations for direct reporting of fully compensated mass, energy or volumetric flow measurements.
The Rosemount 3051SMV measures multiple variables and standardizes on a single model number for streamlined process and cost efficiency. The transmitter reduces costs by eliminating the need for stacked transmitters and additional wiring. Primary elements are available as assemble-to options for simple installation and commissioning, and Callendar-Van Dusen sensor matching improves temperature accuracy. The all-welded, hermetic design of the SuperModule™ sensor offers accuracy in harsh environments and applications. Engineering Assistant Software allows for configuration in two easy steps.
