Description
The E+H iTHERM ModuLine TM111 Temperature Sensor is an explosion proof design with either RTD or thermocouple probe insert, compatible with a wide range of industrial applications in hazardous environments. The unit can be outfitted with an optional head transmitter, configurable with all standard-practice communication protocols including analog 4 to 20mA, HART, Bluetooth, PROFIBUS, and Fieldbus. A second mounted transmitter is offered to further expand use cases. ITHERM StrongSens or QuickSens technology comes with certain configurations of the TM111, providing vibration protection up to 60g, or a rapid response time of less than 1.5s, respectively. The measuring range is expansive, starting as low as -200°C (–328°F) and going as high as 1100°C (2012°F) depending on the configuration. The process pressure for the TM111 is also option-dependent, ranging up to 75bar (1088psi). Various installation locales and applications are suitable thanks to the numerous process connections available including threaded, cap-nut, compression fittings as well as spherical or cylindrical weld-in adapters.
